Keto Maple Bacon Donuts!

Let’s prepare sweet keto Maple Bacon Donuts!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup of swerving granulated
  • 2 tablespoons swerve brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of Stevia liquid
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Frosting ingredients

  • 1/2 cup swerve powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • Chopped bacon, enough to sprinkle on top

Instructions to prepare a Keto Maple Bacon Donuts:

  • Mix 1/3 melted butter, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream.
  • Combine almond flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients and dry ingredients together, mix well.
  • Beat in 4 eggs & add 1 tsp of liquid stevia and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Grease donut pans and fill.
  • bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350°.
  • When donuts are done baking remove and let cool.
  • To make frosting add all ingredients in a bowl blend together until smooth.
  • Frost & top with chopped cooked bacon.
