White Chocolate Cashew Clusters!
Ingredients –
- 1/2 cup sf white chocolate chips
- 2 Tbls sf peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1/4 Sf milk chocolate chips to drizzle
Instructions –
- Heat white chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave at 15 second intervals until melted
- Stir in cashews
- Drop spoonfuls of mix onto parchment lined cooking sheet
- Melt milk chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil
- Once melted drizzle over clusters
- Put in freezer for an hour
- Store in freezer or fridge
