- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup swerve granulated
- 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Lily’s chocolate chips
Instructions for preparing Terry’s Keto Krack:
- Melt butter and add in pecans.
- Cook for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
- In separate bowl, mix heavy whipping cream, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the mix to pecans and return to stove and cook 5-8 minutes.
- Pour mixture onto a baking sheet, be sure to spray with cooking oil.
- Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 45 seconds stirring every 15 seconds.
- Spread over cooled pecans and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Once it hardens take it out and cut it into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
