Sugar Free Raspberry Cream Cheese Fat Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 8oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cups butter softened
  • 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4-6 tablespoons swerve confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons sf raspberry preserves

Instructions:

  • In large bowl blend cream cheese and butter until smooth
  • Add heavy whipping cream and blend again
  • Add sweetener and vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy
  • Add preserves and fold in with spatula
  • Freeze for 30-60 minutes
  • Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper
  • Using a cookie scoop make balls and place on cooking sheet and freeze for at least two hours
