Sugar Free Raspberry Cream Cheese Fat Bombs
Ingredients:
- 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cups butter softened
- 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4-6 tablespoons swerve confectioners sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 tablespoons sf raspberry preserves
Instructions:
- In large bowl blend cream cheese and butter until smooth
- Add heavy whipping cream and blend again
- Add sweetener and vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy
- Add preserves and fold in with spatula
- Freeze for 30-60 minutes
- Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper
- Using a cookie scoop make balls and place on cooking sheet and freeze for at least two hours
