Spanish Rice Keto Style Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Tbs Avocado oil
- 2-10 oz bags cauliflower rice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Tbs Chili powder
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1/4 cup white onion diced
- 1-8 oz can of tomato sauce
Instructions for preparing a Spanish Rice Keto Style:
- Place the cauliflower rice in a pan with avocado oil and sauté until moisture is gone, we want the rice to dry.
- Add your garlic, onion, bouillon cube, and seasonings and mix well.
- Stir in half an 8 oz can of tomato sauce.
- Cover and remove from heat for 20 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
