Ingredients:
For Cookie –
- 2 cups superfine almond flour
- 1/2 cup salted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup golden month fruit sweetener
For Coating –
- 2 tablespoons golden monk fruit sweetener
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instruction on how to prepare keto Snickerdoodle cookies:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet.
- Mix the cookie ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Formed the dough into 16, 1 1/2 inch balls.
- Combine the cinnamon and Monk fruit sweetener in a medium-size dish.
- Roll the balls in the mixture until coated completely.
- Place on a baking sheet and flattened slightly.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
- Little Smokies wrapped in bacon with barbecue sauce!
Wrap the little Smokies with bacon. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven-based with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking for 10 to 12 minutes. Throw them in a crockpot to keep them warm.
