How to prepare an easy keto Sautéed Brussel Sprouts using healthy ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Baby Brussel sprouts, about 10
- 4-5 tablespoons of butter (we use Kerry Gold)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for preparing keto Brussel Sauteed Sprouts:
- Remove an outer couple of leaves from sprouts.
- Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Finely chop them crossways and discard the end.
- Sauté onions in a frying pan in butter, add sprouts until well warmed.
- Add chicken broth and simmer until broth is reduced by at least half.
- Remove from pan and drain any broth that is left.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
