Sausage and Egg Cups Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 tbs crushed red peppers
Instructions for preparing sausage and egg cups:
- Slice sausage in 1 inch sections.
- Form sausage into muffin tins.
- Mix, eggs, cheese, spinach, and crushed red peppers.
- Put egg mixture into sausage, filled muffin tins.
- Bake in oven at 325° for 30 min, draining oil halfway through.
