Crockpot Salisbury Steak Meatballs!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen meatballs (we used turkey)
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 packet brown Gravy mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2tbls A1 sauce
Instructions:
- Add Meatballs and onions to the crockpot.
- Sprinkle gravy powder on top
- Mix together the broth, cream of mushroom soup and A1 sauce.
- Once mixed pour over the top of meatballs & onions.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours stirring half way through
- Serve alone or on cauliflower rice
