Pizza Bites Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups pepperoni cut into quarters
- 1 to 2 tablespoons water
Instructions on how to prepare pizza bites:
- Combine cream cheese, seasoning, mozzarella, and eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients into the mixture and mix again.
- Add in water if needed.
- Roll it into ball shape and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
