Peanut Butter Mousse!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Swerve confectioners
- Chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions on preparing peanut butter mousse:
- With hand mixer blend together, cream, cheese, peanut butter and heavy whipping cream.
- After blended fold in peanut butter cups.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
