Today we prepare keto Mexican Lasagne Recipe using delicious ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 1/2 cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- Low carb tortillas
Instructions on how to prepare a Mexican Lasagne Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Brown hamburger & onion then drain excess grease.
- Return to heat add taco seasoning and water let simmer until water is evaporated.
- In a separate bowl mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg.
- Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Layer tortillas then spread on salsa, hamburger, and cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle on shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are gone.
- Place in oven at 400° for 25 minutes.
