Low Carb Keto Banana Muffins Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 Tbls softened butter
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions for preparing Low Carb Keto Banana Muffins:
- Preheat oven to 350° and line cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Take two ripened bananas and mash with fork.
- Combine butter and bananas with hand mixer.
- Add in egg and mix again.
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients… baking soda, salt and almond flour.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Use cookie scoop to scoop into muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
