- Low carb tortillas
- Sliced meat
- Spreadable cream cheese
- Green onion chopped (optional)
Instructions on how to prepare Low Carb Hot Pocket Bites:
- Mix green onions in cream cheese.
- Spread thin layer of cream cheese on a tortilla.
- Add 2-3 slices of ham to the tortilla.
- Roll tortilla and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Place on parchment-lined or aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 for 6-10 minutes depending on how crispy you like the tortilla.
