Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1 jar Raos marinara sauce
- Your favorite pizza toppings, pepperoni, sliced olives, etc
- 2 cups shredded cheese, use your favorite
- Italian seasoning
Instructions on how to prepare Low Carb Chicken Pizza Casserole Recipe:
- Cook 6 chicken breast and shred. We do this in the Insta pot, comes out perfect!!
- Add chicken breast, half cup chicken broth, salt, and pepper to taste. Pressure cook for 15 minutes then let it self release.
- Place shredded chicken in a casserole dish.
- Add marinara sauce mix well.
- Top with your favorite cheese, toppings, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
