Low Carb Chicken & Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb chicken shredded or cubed
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups carb quick
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions on how to prepare low carb chicken & dumplings:

  • Melt butter and pour into casserole dish and add chicken.
  • Season with onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, mix almond milk and carb quick.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Mix chicken broth as cream of chicken soup and pour over mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
