Low Carb Chicken & Dumplings
Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb chicken shredded or cubed
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups carb quick
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions on how to prepare low carb chicken & dumplings:
- Melt butter and pour into casserole dish and add chicken.
- Season with onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond milk and carb quick.
- Pour over chicken.
- Mix chicken broth as cream of chicken soup and pour over mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
