Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 12 oz frozen cauliflower rice no need to pre-cook
- 4 strips bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions on how to prepare a Loaded Chicken Cauliflower Casserole recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350F (180c).
- Grease or spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix together all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Add to a casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
