Preparing an easy recipe for Loaded Brats.
Ingredients:
- 6 pack of Bratwurst
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 bell peppers diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 Cup Shredded cheese (we used mozzarella)
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions on how to prepare delicious Loaded Brats:
- In a large pan add diced onion and peppers.
- Cook them just enough to give them some color.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and then set aside.
- In the same pan sear, the brats then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with the peppers and onion mixture.
- Add cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Extras – You can hot peppers on top if you choose!
