Lasagna Zucchini Boats Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 3 zucchini
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups low carb marinara
- Garlic
- 1 tsp Italian
- 1 cup mozzarella
For cheese mixture:
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 2 tbs grated Parmesan
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- Onion
- Cream cheese
- Beef broth
Instructions on preparing lasagna zucchini boats:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Slice zucchini lengthwise and scope to create your boat.
- Salt/pepper and drizzle with avocado oil.
- Bake 10-15 mins.
- Brown beef with garlic.
- Add marinara & Italian seasoning.
- Mix cheese sauce and spoon into boats.
- Top with beef sauce and mozzarella.
- Cook for another 15-20 mins until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted.
