Keto Zucchini Lasagna Boats Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini *(sliced in half & center carved out)
- 1/2 cup Ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1TBS fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup parmesan
Instructions for preparing Keto Zucchini Lasagna Boats:
- Brown ground beef or ground turkey or sausage.
- Add marinara (I used Rao’s).
- Spoon over Ricotta-filled boats and cover with foil.
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.
