Keto Trail Mix Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs butter
- 4 Tbs swerve brown sugar
- 1 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast cereal
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup keto chocolate chips
Instructions on how to prepare the Keto Trail Mix Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cereal, pecans, almonds, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add brown sugar and stir over low heat until it’s not grainy.
- Pour melted butter mix on the cereal mix and stir.
- Transfer mix to cookie sheet and spread it.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes.
- Wait until the mixture is cooled and transfer it to a zip lock bag.
