We prepare a Keto Taco Pie recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey
- 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese, divided
- 4-5 green onions chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions on how to prepare a Keto Taco Pie:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Brown ground beef then drain well and return to stove.
- Add taco seasoning per instructions.
- add salsa to the pan and mix well.
- in a separate bowl beat 6 eggs with HWC, pour over beef mixture.
- Add green onions, salt, pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, and mix.
- Place in 2 pie plates and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 375 for 30-40 minutes.
