Keto S’mores bar!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups Lilys chocolate chips
- 2 cups Max MALLOW marshmallows cut in quarters
- 2 cups CATALINA CRUNCH Honey Graham cereal
- 1 tbls MCT oil
Instructions –
- slowly melt chocolate chips and MCT oil in the microwave and 30 second increments until completely melted
- Stir cut up marshmallows into the chocolate mixture
- add in cereal and mix well
- Pour into an 8 x 8 pan that is lined with parchment paper in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Slice them up and enjoy!
