Keto Potato Skins!!
1 large bag cauliflower rice (drained)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
One egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cheese
1/4 cup Bacon chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combo cauliflower, Parmesan, egg, butter, and salt and pepper.
Divide into muffin tins. Press Ingredients down.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove and add cheese and bacon. Put back in oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
