- 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice

- Wash cranberries and discard any bad ones.
- Place cranberries in a medium saucepan with water and sweetener.
- Bring to a boil over high heat
- Reduce heat to medium.
