Keto Cookie Dough Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 8 ozs cream cheeseÂ
- 4 ozs butterÂ
- 1/2 cup swerve brown sugarÂ
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chipsÂ
Instructions on how to prepare keto cookie dough:
- Soften cream cheese and butter in microwave 30 second intervals until soft.
- Add in all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Use as a dip with keto friendly cookies or use a cookie scoop to make fat bombs and freeze for at least 2 hours to harden.
