Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- 2 Tbls cream cheese
- Splash of milk
- Shredded cheese
Instructions for preparing Keto Cauliflower Mac and Cheese:
- Brown cauliflower rice over medium high heat.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to taste.
- Add cream cheese and milk stir until melted.
- Mix with the cauliflower rice and top with shredded cheese and mix well.
