Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 package sugar-free cheesecake jello mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Catalina Crunch Cereal cinnamon toast flavor crushed
- 2 tablespoons swerve granulated sugar or sweetener of your choice
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Lily’s butterscotch baking chips
Instructions on how to prepare Butterscotch Cinnamon Cheesecake Bites:
- In medium-size bowl mix cream cheese, Jello, and heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer until well blended set aside.
- Put cereal in a baggie and crush with a rolling pin.
- Add cereal in a small bowl with sweetener, butter, and cinnamon. The mixture should stick together.
- Put a small amount of cereal mixture in the bottom of the silicon tray (these work best so they come out of the mold easily).
- Top with cream cheese mixture to fill mold pack it in as best you can.
- Top with some butterscotch chips.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Allow it to thaw about 10-15 minutes before serving and top with a sugar-free butterscotch or caramel sauce.
