How to prepare Keto Blueberry Yogurt Bars!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons MCT powder
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds toasted
- 1/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions on how to prepare delicious Keto Blueberry Yogurt Bars:
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl add the yogurt, heavy cream, MCT powder, maple syrup and mix well.
- Add in the almonds and chocolate chips if you want to use them.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth it out.
- Place blueberries on top of the mixture and lightly press into the mixture.
- Sprinkle additional almonds on top if desired.
- Place in the freezer for 3 hours until frozen.
- Cut into 12 bars and store them in the freezer until needed.
