Keto Blueberry Yogurt Bars

How to prepare Keto Blueberry Yogurt Bars!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons MCT powder
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips  (optional)

Instructions on how to prepare delicious Keto Blueberry Yogurt Bars:

  • Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl add the yogurt, heavy cream, MCT powder, maple syrup and mix well.
  • Add in the almonds and chocolate chips if you want to use them.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth it out.
  • Place blueberries on top of the mixture and lightly press into the mixture.
  • Sprinkle additional almonds on top if desired.
  • Place in the freezer for 3 hours until frozen.
  • Cut into 12 bars and store them in the freezer until needed.
