Keto Blueberry Muffins!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cups swerve granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup blueberries
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl
- Add wet ingredients and blend until well combined
- Stir in blueberries and pour into lined muffin tin
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes
