Delicious Keto Baked Brie Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbls cream cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup almond flour
- Sugar Free jelly of choice
Instructions on how to prepare Keto Baked Brie:
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave 30 seconds at a time until fully melted stirring in between.
- Add egg and mix again.
- Mix in almond flour until dough forms.
- Put between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll it flat.
- Wrap Brie in dough.
- Place on cookie sheet or casserole dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 or until almond flour browns.
- Top with jelly.
- Serve with keto friendly crackers or bell peppers.
