Delicious Keto Baked Brie Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbls cream cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Sugar Free jelly of choice

Instructions on how to prepare Keto Baked Brie:

  • Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave 30 seconds at a time until fully melted stirring in between.
  • Add egg and mix again.
  • Mix in almond flour until dough forms.
  • Put between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll it flat.
  • Wrap Brie in dough.
  • Place on cookie sheet or casserole dish.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 or until almond flour browns.
  • Top with jelly.
  • Serve with keto friendly crackers or bell peppers.
