High Protein Egg Bites!
Ingredients:
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 slices Canadian bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded salt and pepper, to taste
Instruction:
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a muffin tin in or use paper linings.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except your cheese and mix well together.
- Pour the mixture into each muffin cup and top with cheese
- Add your egg bites to the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes
