High Protein Egg Bites!

Ingredients:

  • 7  eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded salt and pepper, to taste

Instruction:

  • Preheat oven to 350F and grease a muffin tin in or use paper linings.
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients except your cheese and mix well together.
  • Pour the mixture into each muffin cup and top with cheese
  • Add your egg bites to the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25 minutes
