High Protein Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 Tbls swerve granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbls peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla in food processor and blend until smooth
- Place in a bowl
- Add the protein powder, peanut butter, chocolate chips and salt
- Stir until well combined and enjoy
- Store in fridge in an air tight container
