Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs swerve granular sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Crushed peanuts

Instructions on how to prepare a Healthy Noodle Sesame Salad:

  • Rinse noodles and pat them dry on a paper towel.
  • Mix all ingredients together except the peanuts.
  • Sprinkle peanuts over the top after.
