Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans artichoke quarters, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice
Instructions on how to prepare Hamburger Artichoke Casserole:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet brown hamburger and then drain grease.
- Return to heat then add drained, chopped artichoke quarters.
- Add cream cheese & sour cream. Stir over medium heat until melted.
- Stir in dried mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper.
- Place in the casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
