Ham and Cheese Bake
Ingredients :
- 2 12-ounce) bags chopped frozen cauliflower
- 2 cups chopped cooked ham 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cubed mozzarella
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Grease a 13×9 casserole dish.
- Boil the frozen cauliflower in a pot until tender (8-10 minutes, then drain it.
- Mash the cauliflower to your desired consistency using a potato masher or food processor.
- Spread the mashed cauliflower in the casserole dish.
- Layer chopped ham over the cauliflower and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat and mix shredded cheese, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, and seasonings until the cheese starts to melt.
- Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the layers of ham and cauliflower.
- Top the casserole with cubed cheese and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top cheese is browned
