Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers Keto Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 bag Cauliflower Rice (steamed & drained)
  • 2 Bell Peppers (halved & cleaned)
  • 2oz Cream Cheese
  • 1T Mayonnaise
  • 1T Garlic (minced)
  • 6oz Shredded Cheese (sharp cheddar)
  • Salt, Pepper, and any other seasoning you like

Instructions on how to prepare stuffed bell peppers:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Place pepper halves in baking dish and spray with avocado oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • While those bake, cook the ground beef with garlic and seasoning/drain.
  • In a bowl mix together cream cheese, drained ground beef, cauliflower, mayo, and seasonings.
  • Stuff peppers with mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
