Easy Italian Pork Chops Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 2 Tbls avocado oil for frying
- 3/4 cup HWC
- Boursin Garlic and herb cheese wheel
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Onion powder
Instructions on how to prepare an Easy Italian Pork Chops meal:
- Heat avocado oil on medium heat.
- Apply salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder to taste on both sides of chops.
- Cook chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Thicker chops take a little longer.
- Remove from the frying pan and set aside. Do not drain the pan.
- Add HWC, Boursin cheese wheel sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese to pan and cook on medium heat until well mixed and thickened.
- Return chops to pan and simmer to reheat chops and serve.
