Easy Keto Hamburger Casserole Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions on how to prepare an Easy Keto Hamburger Casserole:
- Brown 2 lbs of ground beef. I seasoned it with pink salt, pepper, 1 tbs minced onion, 2 tsp minced garlic.
- Drain and add to 9×13 baking dish
- You can also add bacon or bacon bits
- Mix eggs, heavy whipping cream, tomato paste or sauce, pepper, pink salt, shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture on the meat
- Top it with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 35 min
