Easy Cabbage Chicken Bake
Ingredients:
- 3-4 Cabbage steaks 1 inch thick
- 1 chicken breast chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1 tbs mustard
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2-3 Tbls fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Cut cabbage steaks and place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Top with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- Chop chicken breast and place in a large bowl
- Add salt , pepper, paprika, mustard , HWC and parsley and mix well
- Spoon mixture on top of cabbage steaks
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven top with cheese and bake another 5-7 minutes until golden brown
