Dump & Bake Caribbean Jerk chicken
Ingredients:
* 2 chicken breasts
* 2 bell peppers
* Bag of broccoli florets
* G Hughes sugar free Caribbean Jerk wing sauce
* Pepper to taste
Instructions:
* Cut bell peppers and place Peppers and broccoli in casserole dish
* Season with pepper
* Place chicken on top
* Cover with sauce
* Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes covered then 15 minutes uncovered until chicken is cooked through.
