Keto Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe!
Ingredients for Chicken Crust Pizza:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 large eggs
How to prepare Chicken Crust Pizza:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chicken, Parm cheese and garlic together.
- Lightly whisk the eggs and add them into the mixture. Mixing together (I do this part by hand).
- Spread the chicken mixture on to the parchment paper as thinly as possible (about 1/4 inch thick) keep your hands wet for this part the chicken mixture gets pretty sticky.
- Bake for 20 mins
- Take out of the oven and let rest for 10 mins before adding your sauce and toppings of choice. My pizza picture here has Alfredo sauce, spinach, artichokes, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for an additional 15 mins. If desired, you can place under broiler for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
