Chicken Avocado Salad.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 medium avocado
- 7 oz chicken breast
- 2 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 2 large hard boiled egg
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar salt/pepper
Instructions:
- Chop the lettuce and place into a salad bowl.
- Chop all remaining ingredients and place them into individual piles atop the lettuce.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Add oil andvinegar or your dressing of choice.
