Cheesy Chicken Fritters Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 5 chicken breast sliced and diced super fine
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tlbs avocado or olive oil
- A dash of garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano salt & pepper
Instructions on how to prepare Cheesy Chicken Fritters:
- Mix chicken eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, onion powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat frying pan with oil of choice and use low heat so that it does not burn the chicken.
- Scoop chicken mixture into small balls with a cookie scoop and place in frying pan.
- Press balls flat in the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Remove and place on paper towel to soak up excess oil.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
