Easy Candied Pecans Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions on how to prepare Easy Candied Pecans:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add brown sugar to the butter and stir constantly until melted.
- Add vanilla and stir to combine.
- Continue to cook down the mixture, stirring frequently until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Remove pan from heat and add in pecans. Toss to coat pecans well.
- Put pecans on a parchment-lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool and harden.
- Once they have cooled, break apart and serve.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
