Broccoli Cheddar Chips easy recipe, with Dill Dip!
Ingredients:
- A large head of broccoli
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp almond flour
- An egg
- Pink Himalayan salt to taste
- Everything bagel season to taste
Instructions on how to prepare the Broccoli Cheddar Chips:
- Cut Broccoli into florets then place in the food processor and blend.
- In a large bowl combine broccoli, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, egg, and almond flour.
- Add pink Himalayan salt and everything bagel seasoning and season to taste.
- On parchment-lined cookie sheet scoop (I used 1 Tbsp measuring spoon) mixture and flatten.
- Place chips in oven at 400° for 10 minutes, remove & flip then continue cooking another 10 minutes.
Dill Dip!!
Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 3 tablespoons minced onion
* 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
* One cup sour cream
Instructions for preparing Dill Dip:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
