  • 2 eggs per bell pepper 
  • 1-2 slices cooked chopped bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Breakfast blend seasoning 
  • Top with shredded cheese of your choice 

Instructions for preparing a Bell Pepper Omelet Bowls keto meal:

  • Cut tops off bell peppers and clean out.
  • Mix eggs, bacon, and seasoning together. 
  • Pour into peppers & top with cheese. 
  • Put in a pre heated oven at 375 for 60 minutes.
