Banana Chocolate Bombs!

Ingredients:

  • 8 ozs cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box sugar free pudding mix ( we used white chocolate)
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions for preparing banana chocolate bombs:

  • Mix cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, pudding mix and banana extract in large bowl until well combined.
  • Make bite sized pieces with a cookie scoop.
  • Place onto parchment paper or silicone mat.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave in 30 sec intervals until melted.
  • Dip bombs in chocolate mix and return to parchment paper and return to freezer for another 30 minutes.
  • Store in air tight container in freezer for up to 3 months.
