Banana Chocolate Bombs!
Ingredients:
- 8 ozs cream cheese softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 box sugar free pudding mix ( we used white chocolate)
- 1/2 tsp banana extract
Ingredients for the topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions for preparing banana chocolate bombs:
- Mix cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, pudding mix and banana extract in large bowl until well combined.
- Make bite sized pieces with a cookie scoop.
- Place onto parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave in 30 sec intervals until melted.
- Dip bombs in chocolate mix and return to parchment paper and return to freezer for another 30 minutes.
- Store in air tight container in freezer for up to 3 months.
