Bacon Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tubs (30 oz) chive and onion cream cheese whipped
- 1 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 6 piece bacon crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- parsley bunch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook 6 pieces of bacon until done then crumble or chop.
- Combine all ingredients expect cheddar cheese and parsley and mix in a medium size bowl
- Shape cream cheese mixture into a shape resembling a carrot
- Cover cream cheese mixture with cheddar cheese.
- Place bunch of parsley on top of cream cheese carrot creating the top of the carrot
- Serve with favorite celery or crackers
