High Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 Tbls swerve granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbls peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Place cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla in food processor and blend until smooth
  • Place in a bowl
  • Add the protein powder, peanut butter, chocolate chips and salt
  • Stir until well combined and enjoy
  • Store in fridge in an air tight container
